Young Leader Training Weekend
Kettleness, 3rd - 5th February 2006

The weekend was an oppurtunity for Young Leaders from Northallerton District, North Yorkshire, Redcar and Eston District, Cleveland and from Hartlepool District, Cleveland to attend six of the Y.L. training modules.

Two of the Y.L. had put together a draft 40 week programme for a Scout Troop which needed the games aspects adding. This was included as part of the Programme Plans Plus module. The games were added and the programme chaecked with the Troop Balanced programme Checker.

Saturday included a trip into Whitby, with a project to plan a programme for a day trip for a Cub pack and Scout Troop.

Our thanks go to Tina and Debbie Leaders from 5th Redcar who came along as cooks.
